We have all heard about the American Red Cross. They are everywhere, whenever a disaster strikes the Red Cross is there. So we think well I'm donating to a good cause, I'm helping those people in need. The problem is that recently many reports and documents have surfaced that show otherwise. I have decided to take the Red from the Cross and look at things black and white, and find out exactly what is going on with the money being donated.
We all know that right now there is a growing problem in USA. I'm not hear to say who is right or wrong, or to accuse any side. That is not what this website is about. In the video above we can see a man, bloody and beaten up. He goes on to explain that this is the result of several people from his community that were breaking into a house he has turned into a community center.
I don't want to enter a controversial subject with this post. Everyday we see in the news, internet and newspaper a new article about Rights violation, whether it is from Religion, community, race, sex or sexual orientation, the article talks about how these rights are being violated. I'm not here to talk about who is right or wrong, or to judge and point fingers at anyone. Because I believe strongly at human rights, and the rights that every living person should have. The problem is the media has taken sides depending on what is trending stronger, and created more backlash and more tension between people.
We have all seen it before, the big poster in a wall with a date on it "Come save a life, by giving your blood". We can't resist at the urge, the calling of going into the bus and feeling good about saving a life. I'm not here to say that you are wrong- as a matter of fact I applaud people that want to do the right thing and save a life. Some consider blood is the essence of our body, the main thing that makes our body run, like oil in a car. The truth is there is more to that poster than meets the eye; there is more to that liquid running up the tube into a plastic bag. And today we look closer at the bloody business of blood donating.
Most people know what Hulu is. It is an online streaming service known for mostly shows. If you haven't heard what Hulu is, well this is not the post for you really, you can go find out more about Hulu online through their website. I have Hulu, and had it for a pretty long time. I don't really complain about it, but there is more to it than meets the eye, and that is exactly what I usually try to reveal what doesn't meet the eye.
I was looking at the news yesterday in the Internet and I saw an interesting article about Netflix using ads in some accounts. Now of course it was a test run, and Netflix said that they were always testing new things, but by no means it indicates they will launch such thing. Now obviously that got me thinking, why would Netflix add something that people have expressed they are not okay with? Of course everyone opposes ads, they take time away from our lives, and nobody really likes to watch something unrelated to what they are trying to watch.
